Note about deleting Online Banking and Mobile App accounts
At Pentucket Bank, we prioritize your privacy and data security. As part of recent compliance updates from Apple and Google, we are required to offer you the ability to request the deletion of your Online Banking and Mobile App accounts, along with any associated data and online account activity such as Bill Pay, Money Management, and account transfers.
If you wish to delete your online access and related data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email request to operationsmail@pentucketbank.com, or
- Call us at 978-556-5414
Here are a few important reminders if you decide to terminate your Online Banking access:
- eStatements: If you have eStatements and need to save previous months or years, please download them before requesting deletion.
- Bill Pay: Any "Pending" payments will be returned, and you will need to manage them directly with the payee. This also applies to any Recurring Scheduled payments.
- Scheduled Recurring Transfers: These will cease once your access is deleted.
Upon receiving your request, Pentucket Bank will delete all associated data from our digital and internet banking systems. This data will no longer be accessible or available to any party. Please note, your accounts and transaction history will remain in our main system as long as your accounts are open, but all internet and mobile banking data will be permanently deleted.
