Discounts for First-Time Homebuyers

For first-time homebuyers, Pentucket Bank offers a special rate discount and a credit toward your closing costs, because we’re invested in making owning a home more affordable for you. It’s all yours when you finish an online homebuyer education and counseling course. Attend whenever it’s convenient.

Lift Up Homeownership

The Lift Up Homeownership program awards funding to members on a first-come, first-served basis to provide people of color with incomes up to 120% of the area median income with up to $50,000 in down-payment and closing-cost assistance toward the purchase of their first home.



Housing Our Workforce (HOW)

This program offers grants to assist homebuyers with their down payment and closing costs. To qualify, buyers need to be earning above 80% and up to 120% of the area median income.



Equity Builder Program

If you’re a first-time homebuyer and you earn up to 80% of the area median income, you may qualify for grants to help with down payment, closing costs, and home rehabilitation. This program also includes homebuyer education and counseling.
